Typical Chilean food - CHORRILLANA
Chorrillana - the chilean side order to your beer. Chorrillana is a typical Chilean dish consisting of homemade fries, caramelized onions, beef and fried eggs - but you can also add pieces of chorizos and chicken filet (I'd totally recommend that)! You can get Chorrillanas wherever you go but especially in pubs it's very common to enjoy it with a few beers. Chorrillana - die chilenische Beilage zu deinem Bier. Chorrillana ist ein typisch chilenisches Gericht bestehend aus selbst gemachten Pommes, karamellisierten Zwiebeln, Rindfleisch und Spiegeleiern - variabel sind Chorizostückchen und Hähnchenfilet (sehr zu empfehlen). Chorrillana bekommt man überall, aber besonders genießen lässt es sich in einer Bar mit ein paar Bier. Chorrillana - el acompañamiento chileno para tu cerveza! Chorrillana es una comida típica en chile de papas fritas hechas a mano, cebolla caramelizada, carne y huevos fritos - pero te recomendaría agregar chorizos y pollo! Puedes encontrarla en todos lados pero se disfruta mejor en un pub con unas cervezas.
